How to apply? Grants and tenders/procurements
The financial instruments for funding the Fundamenal Elements activities will be grants and tenders (procurements). Grants are the preferred financial instrument; generally, financing will be provided to beneficiaries for 60-70% of the total value of the grant agreement. Tenders (procurements) will be 100% funded.
Who can apply?
In general, only consortia are eligible to participate in the Call for Proposals/ Invitation to Tender (CfP/ITT). Established and/or registered EU companies can be part of the consortium (to be consulted in each CfP/ITT package).
The eligibility criteria draw on the needs/objectives of each project and are reflected in the publication package of each CfP/ITT.
As part of the consortium, relevant players in the value chain that can apply to each project include, but it is not limited to,?entities such as component manufacturers, system integrators, device manufacturers, end-product manufacturers and distributors. These players can be industry representatives, small and medium enterprises (SMEs), research institutes or universities, and other type of organisations.
